Florida Gulf Coast University to use StatBroadcast stats in 2012-2013

FORT MYERS, FLA. -- Florida Gulf Coast University and StatBroadcast announced today that they have reached an agreement to use the StatBroadcast stats platform for all on-campus athletic events throughout 2012-13.

FGCU is located in Fort Myers, Florida, and has an enrollment of 12,683. Established in 1991, FGCU is a public university. The FGCU Eagles compete at the NCAA Division-I level as a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference since 2007; the final transition of all of the school's 16 varsity teams to Division-I competition was completed in the spring of 2011. Following the end of its reclassification period, the FGCU women's basketball team competed in the 2012 NCAA Division-I Women's Basketball Tournament after winning the regular season and conference tournament titles in the Atlantic Sun.
